My 3 month old girl has quite a flat head at back and slightly on the side she turns head. Will this round out? The back of her neck has no shape either bless her x

I too worried about DS flat head but it became a perfectly normal shaped head, I’m sure she will be fine. If you are concerned you could get her checked by the GP or HV but most babies just grown out of it.

It should sort itself out. Plenty of tummy time and time in the sling so she’s not lying on it all the time and it will resolve.

Try to keep her from lying on the flat area as much as possible and hopefully it will round out. My ds had neck issues from his birth which meant his head tilted slightly resulting in a flat area at the back on the left of his head from his position. He had plenty of tummy time/time in the bouncer and could sit up from 5 months, so was not constantly laying on it. At 2 it has rounded out slightly bit is still quite flat. It's clearly not affecting his development as he's quite advanced mentally and now he has a full head of hair it's a lot less noticeable. No one has ever commented on it and as far as I'm concerned he is the most beautiful thing in existence!

My LO would only sleep soundly on one side but once she could roll it evened out a bit and now she is almost 2yo you cant tell at all. The good thing is when their hair grows you won't be able to notice but I'm sure she will even out. Don't worry about it!
