My DD is 2.5 & has always been exposed to bugs at nursery however she had her nasal flu spray last Saturday & since then she started to have a barking cough. This was subtle until Wednesday when it was genuinely every 5 minutes throughout the day & night. She has a cold now too so she's pretty rough atm. She was coughing so hard she threw up on Thursday night & today she's thrown up clear mucus. She had no temp & I took her to the doctors on Thursday, nothing on her chest. This will be the 7th night of no sleeping for us both. I've raised her mattress at the head end, humidifier on, olbas oil on her pillow, vapour plug in on in her room. I thought she would be getting better by now & when she's coughing non stop it is so distressing for both of us. She's still going to the toilet & drinking & eating, albeit not as much as the norm. Any experience would be much appreciated.
