Sorry if this is TMI…
The last couple of days my little one has had runnier poos than normal - very yellow and watery. Absolutely fine in himself apart from that so I have been putting it down to the affect effects from his first set of immunisations a week ago (after speaking with the health visitor, they advised this could be the case too). However tonight when I changed his dirty nappy, there was quite a strong smell of what I can only describe as fish? This is the first time this has happened, usually they are almost a sweet smell. I was wondering whether anyone else’s little ones had experienced this? My little one is formula fed if this makes any difference.
