Hi everyone- wondering if anyone had any tips.
I have a 6.5 mo boy who has co slept since birth as he wouldn’t settle anywhere else. He now sleeps in bed but completely in his own space. He now wakes up every 2 hours if not more and I can tell that sometimes when I move it wakes him up. He sucks his thumb and can quite often get himself back to sleep if I leave him to it. I’m exhausted and have decided to try and put him in his cot in his own room.
Does anyone have any experiences or tips for me? Prepared that it may take a while. We have a single bed in his room so can stay with him for a bit if needed. Thanks 😊
