3 year old tantrums- impact on baby?

Had DC2 when DC1 was 2.5. 1 year on and DC1’s tantrums have only marginally improved. Usually at least one screaming bout every day. DC1 is NT and very bright and articulate but also sensitive. I’ve had PND and haven’t managed very well. Try to do gentle parenting techniques, love bombing etc but regularly (maybe once a week?) lose it with DC1. I don’t shout but I do get visibly cross with her, will just walk away snd she’ll run after me screaming etc.

Feel like I’m basically looking for another stick to beat myself with here but I’m wondering if a year of this is going to have had a bad impact on DC2? “This” being ear splitting screaming for prolonged periods,
me getting fed up, and generally just me having to give so much more attention to DC1 (positive and negative) as a result? DC2 seems to find the tantrums funny and is a laid back and happy little one, but the fact that I’m seeing little improvement in the situation is really getting me down.
