My 10 year old has a warty, lumpy skared rash on both elbows. She is on an endless waiting list to see a dermatologist. Have any of you experienced something similar?

Looks like something similar to what a friend of mine has called nodular prurigo.Does it itch ? . My friends skin condition was worse when stressed

Might it be molluscum contagiosum?
My friends child has this & it looked very similar to that.

I had that as a kid. It did go eventually. I think it was diagnosed as warts, but my memory might be hazy
