5 month old hates pram

I feel at my wits end!

My 5 month old has started screaming in the pram and car seat AGAIN!

He's never been good in it at all. And the car seat he went through a phase for a month when he didn't cry.. and I thought yay... but now he is again.

Same with the pram. At 4 months he could handle it a bit more and would sit in there for 20 odd mins awake or he would sleep.

But the last week he has SCREAMED in the pram and the car seat.

Especially the pram like suddenly he hates it!? Any idea what this is.

Do babies get better at being in the pram?

I feel trapped at home :( because I can't use the baby carrier for long as it hurts my c section!

Do you mean carrycot? Would he prefer the stroller?

I know they are supposed to lie flat until 6 months but I've never met any parents that lasted that long with a baby in a carrycot.

Do you have a sling library? Get a consultation and find a carrier that works for you.
I also have a 5 month old and had a section and we use a carrier every day as she hates the pram.

Have you moved to the sitting up pram part? Mine hates that less than the lay flat bassinet

Yeah I put him in the upright bit of the pram a month ago due to his reflux. He seemed better for a while but suddenly is screaming again! Joys 😅

I had this and I turned my DS around so he could see - it solved the issue

My DS hated the pram and pushchair until he was around a year old! (I just used a carrier/sling until then!)

My 4 month old DD is the same! Only she hates the carrier and sling too - it's a nightmare!! 😩
