DS was poorly a few ago and it turns out it was hfm (he got off lightly and we only realised what it was because his daddy also caught it). He recovered, went back to eating normally and all was fine. The rash persisted but I read that it can take a while to leave. But now the rash is starting to blister even though he seems fine apart from that. I've just explained to nursery that he already had it and they seemed fine with that but now I'm worrying that maybe he is still poorly and contagious.
So my question is, can the blisters pop up a couple of weeks after the poorly flu'y stage?
