Preparing 3yo for imminent arrival of new sibling

I'm almost 38w pregnant and DS1 is 3y10m old. He's a lovely boy but past 2/3 weeks he has been exhibiting some very testing behaviour. I am putting it down to him sensing the arrival of DS2, plus I am huge, sleep deprived and not feeling very jolly to put it lightly.

We've read him all the books about a new baby arriving, and we've let him have input with the nursery but can anyone give me any tips for when baby actually arrives, how to make it a smooth a transition to big brother as possible for him? He does take great interest in the baby and always speaks about it positively, but I think it might still be a big shock for him.

Thanks in advance!
