Managing age gap

We have a 9, 7 and 2 year old and I’m really struggling to find anything they can do together.

In the house the 2 year old demands my attention all the time.

Very little they can do together - board games, homework etc get ruined very quickly!

Outside the house there isn’t many places we can go together as most places are either focused on the older age group (the 2 year old will cause havoc), or the younger age group (cue moaning from the older kids).

I have no family nearby and DH is great but works log hours so I’m usually on my own with 2 if not all 3 kids in the holidays snd large amounts of time in the week.

The only thing we CAN do is the park, we spend hours there every week. But now winter is coming what else can we do? I didn’t think this was going to be so stressful :(

Soft play

I have very similar aged children (8, 7 and 2).
My older ones are still happy to go to a soft play or to a farm park type place. We have a few farms round here that have other attractions like big adventure play areas on them. I took them all pumpkin picking today which they enjoyed. Hot chocolate and cake in a cafe. Bikes/scooters at a local country park. NT type places. I think maybe my older ones are just easily pleased 😀.
