My 15 months old baby is having a sleep regression. Baby sister due in a few weeks

I co-slept with my baby for over a year, then we cot trained him and moved him into his own bedroom. He's 15 months old now and I'm expecting his little sister in a few weeks due (36 weeks pregnant), so far he's been sleeping all the night through and waking up at ~7, but very recently he's started to wake up several times in the middle of the night crying. He wants to come into our bedroom and sleep next to us. As I plan to co-sleep with my daughter when she's born as well, we all don't fit in this bed. Even if I get him out of his regression in time I'm worried he'll get jealous of his sister and demand to sleep next to us too. I've thought of different solutions but would appreciate some advice too:

1-I sleep in his bedroom, my daughter sleeping in a crib

2-my husband sleeps in our son's bedroom and I co-sleep with our daughter

3-we get a co-sleeping cot and place him there right next to our bed

4-we place her in a crib and our son shares our bed with us

I want to co-sleep with my daughter, as when done correctly and safely reduces SIDS risks. With my son I'd automatically wake up seconds before he would start crying or if he moved. Ideally I wanted them in separate bedrooms so they don't wake each other up, but that might not be an option after all... Advice?
