My 18 month old is a great talker and has a massive vocabulary. She can talk in sentences and can participate in conversations. My concern is that she is lisping really badly. Her tongue protrudes between her teeth when pronouncing the letter "S ". Is it too early to follow this up? Has anyone else experienced this and how did you deal with it?
