Paracetamol Dose

Hi all,
My baby is 6 months in 4 days and is suffering with a cold so I've been giving paracetamol to keep symptoms at bay. She currently has 2.5mls but when she's 6 months she's allowed 5ml. Should I really wait 4 days? Or should it be okay to up the dose now?

Look at the dose for her weight.

I honestly don't know how much she weighs now, she last got weighed when she was 8 weeks old Confused

Give the bigger dose. 4 days won’t make much difference.

Weigh yourself with and without holding bsby. That will give you baby’s weight
