At what age did everyone introduce a pillow and quilt for their babies?

My twins are exactly 2 1/2 and they’ve had their pillows and quilt for a week (they’re still in a cotbed with the sides). So far they love it, especially the pillow

They can have them from 1 year

My son has asked for a pillow and he is 21 months, but he is still in a sleeping bag. No idea how to transition to a duvet lol

My ds was in sleeping bag until 2½ years old. He had a pillow from age 1

Pillow from around 20 months and we've just transitioned to a duvet now at 27 months.

I got some second hand gro-to-bed sheets quite cheaply from FB. They have zips on the duvet cover and fitted sheet to keep it in place - made the change very easy.
