Cradle cap- eyebrows?

WolfMother326 · 07/10/2021 15:04

My 7 week old has cradle cap on his scalp and eyebrows. Have been using coconut oil and brushing out, but it's not been budging so planning to try detinox. However don't want to use that around his eyes. Tips/suggestions welcome!

I used a tiny bit of dentinox and a soft hairbrush. It's a good job at that age they're not too wriggly and you have less chance of getting it in eyes! Maybe lay him down in the bed with a wet flannel/sponge?

Tint bit of head and shoulders sorted my daughter's out, and it didn't come back! Would use with a flannel on eyebrows. Was a MN tip!

I just used baby oil on a cotton bud, left it on for a minute and gently rubbed over it.

When my girl had cradle cap and face rashes we used calendula face cream (the yellow one for babies). It’s a wonder cream! Wink
