Paracetamol when breastfeeding

I can't decide whether this is a daft question or not.

DD 4m (EBF) has had her vaccines today, and a dose of paracetamol afterwards. I've got a horrible headache and would like to take a paracetamol too, but slightly concerned as presumably a small amount will be passed to DD.

Am I being over-cautious?

Yes! It will be fine.

www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/analgesics/

Here is the info you need. The Breast feeding network is run by a pharmacist who herself is/was a bf mum.

It's fine and the painkiller of choice when breastfeeding. Don't give it another thought
