Both cheeks a little rosy. Not too much though. His left cheek goes bright red for maybe an hour or so and then goes back down. He's had a low grade fever the past 10 days (GP has investigated). Well in himself otherwise. No rash etc.
My question is with slapped cheek would the bright red cheek stay red for longer than an hour or two? Or does this sound more like teething?
