Hi hoping for advice please. CMS have decided to believe ex h claim that he has the kids 3/4 nights per week. He doesn't he has them 1 maybe 2.
This has always been the case. The onus is on me to get a court order to prove this 'new' arrangement. I am livid.
I've applied for tribunal but it's taking months. How do I get a court order?
This is ridiculous because it's going to upset my teenagers.
Please help!

You need to complete C100 form- it’s on google or .gov website. There is a huge backlog at family courts after Covid and only the most urgent private applications are being looked at currently. It’s going to take a long time, many months at the very least.

Thank you. I hadn't even thought about delays, it gets worse.
