Anyone help me quickly with a bit of German?

I need to translate the costs for a Kindergarten. I can't believe what I'm translating can be true!
(can't do umlauts on my PC)

Is this really 100 Euros a month for my DS to go daily for 8 hours???

Remind me why I stayed in the UK so long! I was paying almost £600 a month back home for DS to go to nursery for 8 hours, THREE days a week!!

You will find it a bit different in terms of child-staff ratios and how the day is organised but you are certainly getting very cheap German lessons. Good luck, hope everything goes well - with the baby too. Let us know how you get on

Ah yes, the staff-child ratio is much different to his old place in the UK.
Can I ask one more cheeky question? All the prices listed were for daily per hour - is this normal? Do children go every day? I was thinking of sending him 3, not 5 days a week.

Usually they go for a certain amount of hours but 5 x week. So either all morning or they have mornings plus lunch and a nap and you pick them up after that. Mine went from 9-3ish but not straight away. Without German it is very tiring for dc (noise, not understanding anything, being away from you), so I started with just mornings and after a bit she stayed for lunch/nap.

You would have to pay for 5 x week but you might be able to arrange that you are only using 3 of those days IYSWIM. Never known anyone do that here but could be possible.
