Struggling to get 4 month old into a routine

I am struggling to get my 4 month old into a routine.

I roughly have a sleep routine, but am flexible depending when he wakes at the start of the day and from naps.

But his feeding has suddenly gone all over the shop floor.

He used to feed every 2-3 hours. But now it's like an hour, then 2 hours, then 1.5.

Is this normal? Is this possibly a growth spurt.

Just can't seem to get him into a feeding routine.

Also he has reflux so can only take small amounts and a time.

It's normal don't worry about it. I always just did what DD wanted, when she wanted it with regards to food or sleep. Think of spotting a pattern rather than think of "getting them in a routine". She's 7 months now and pretty predictable but still some days she wants lunch at 11.30 some days she wants it at 12.30 🤷‍♀️ I just roll with it, she's going to do what she wants regardless so I just removed the stress element of thinking about it. It's not for everyone but it works for us x
