Temperature - bed clothes

My 11 month old has her first temp. What should she wear to bed? I've taken her out of sleeping bag but left her in long sleeve sleep suit (no vest). It's 22 degrees in her room

High temperature, then I'd recommend a nappy only. I know it may feel mean but you need to get the temperature down and having extra layers on will not help.

Keep an eye on her too as babies can have febrile seizures when they have a high temperature.

Maybe just a vest but keep checking her regularly.
