Plain nappies for 5 year old?

Hi,
My almost 6 year old struggles with bed wetting and soiling in the day. He is under the hospital for this but he's refusing to wear a nappy because they are "for babies".
His mattress is totally ruined and I'm really running out of pants as it's ramping up so much with the medication he's been put on.

Are there any nappy/incontinence brands that are a bit more like underwear? They do period underwear and I wish they did incontinence underwear in his size!

I haven't tried them myself but some of the cloth nappy companies do child incontinence products. E.g. www.thenappylady.co.uk/nappies-for-bigger-babies/hero-undies-for-bedwetting.html
