Baby sleeping through and missing 1/5th bottle

My 3 month old baby has just started to sleep 12 hours a night at the minute (this sounds boastful but I’m well aware this could all change!)

He’s on 7oz per feed. And usually has 5 bottles. But since he’s started sleeping through, he is missing his last bottle. So instead of 35oz a day, he’s now only having 28oz a day.

He’s formula fed. Plenty of wet nappies.
Should I be concerned? I’d happily wake him to feed him, though winding him when he’s half asleep is tricky.

Basically, how do people fit 5 formula feeds into 12 hours?

If he doesnt want it, he doesnt want it. Keep an eye on wet nappies and if he is growing well, leave it be

If he’s sleeping 12 hours it’s because he’s having enough during the day so I wouldn’t worry too much, but if you’re worried try a 4oz dream feed before you go to bed?

I honestly wouldn’t worry - my DS1 slept 8 hours from 10 days old and he was tiny. I just made sure he fed loads during the day.

My son was a lump of chunk by 4 mths... we had been waking him at 10.30pm to give him a bottle and then he was sleeping through. HV DS

HV said to drop the feed as he had gone to 98th centile... I was reluctant because I didn't want to tempt fate and have him waking up overnight. But we did what she said and lo and behold he slept 12 hrs 🥳 So I guess I would say enjoy it while it lasts! (Just been up with same child who is now 7 yrs old and just had a bad dream bless him)

Definitely jinxed myself with this post. Boy just woke up! Haha

Thank you all :)
