Sugar rush or just a baby?!

Hi my 7 month tried organix raspberry and blueberry rice cakes today...she didn't really eat any of them but prob sucked on about 10 of them before chucking each on the floor whilst we were out shopping...since then she's been so hyper!!!currently kicking as though her life depended on it in the bath! 😅
It says there 0.6 g of sugar per 3 rice cakes...could this be the reason or unlikely if she didn't really swall them? Any idea when it will wear off??? Thanks!!!

If she's on follow on milk there's probably more sugar in that?

Yea she is...maybe its just a weird coincidence...thought I'd accidentally drugged my baby!!

Apparently there is no such thing as a sugar rush. Scientific research has shown no link between excess sugar and hyperactive behavior.

Breast milk has 7g of sugar per 100g so I very much doubt 0.6 of sugar will be a major issue.

It won't be a sugar rush but it could have just perked her up if she enjoyed it?
