My DD (4) just wants her dad…Until about 9 months ago I wasn’t working full time and I spent a lot of time with her while my DH/her dad worked a lot more/spent less time with her. During this stage she 100% only wanted me - which was exhausting but we all got used to it. Now, since I am available less she only wants her dad…to take her to school, pick her up, take her to playdates. Told me she loves him more…In the beginning I let it be but now this has been going for months…We do play a lot but she told me she loves me because I buy her stuff! I know it’s only a phase but…No other siblings/only child
