My six week old baby rolled out of my arms as well breast feeding I dozed off an next thing I knew j saw him on the floor my bed not really high under 3 ft. But I the floor don't have carpet it hard like concrete on under.it I don't know but I picked him up comforted him he stopped crying. .. didn't go to sleep stayed up for the rest of the night well til about 11 this happened going on 3 days ago. He had a little bump but it went away now I've noticed a lol bruising. In just tummy scared I need some info. He has acted normal everything around

I would have called 111 immediately for head injury advice personally. I still think you need a medical opinion not internet advice. If it was concrete I'd be worried about a slow bleed on the brain. Please call 111.

Definitely get some advice from a doctor.

Have you tried feeding lying down? Much safer if you’re this exhausted.

If it was 3 days ago and he still seems OK. I'd forget about it. I think you'd know by now if he had any serious damage.
But might be worth calling 111 for reassurance.

Horrible when it happens but your not the first or last to drop a baby. Go easy on yourself.
