Slightly wobbly tooth after fall - 2 and a half year old

Hi 😊 I've got a 2 and a half year old and today he tripped and hit his mouth on our wooden tile floring. There was a small bit of blood coming from his gums or front top teeth, and since he's fell he keeps trying to play with his tooth and to me it seems a little wobbly!

Is it likely to fall out already?😣 or could it stop being wobbly somehow?

Can you take him to your Dentist tomorrow?
