Eczema or something else?

Hi all wonfer if you have any advice...my 7 month old had some (what I thought was) heat rash on her neck on holiday and whilst that's cleared up, she now has it on her cheeks sort of under the skin. Also she had dry patches on her back...I'm wondering if it's a reaction to holiday..ie chlorine and sun or if it could be eczema or something else? If its not cleared by Monday I'll take her to the docs but wondered if anyone had any thoughts.. Will try and add pic

My DD is particularly allergic to sunscreen so it could be that?

Thansk so much for the reply..had tried to upload a photo but its not letting me..the rash hasn't spread or anything and doesn't look angry but it's still there...I think im going to take tonthe docs tomorrow just to be sure. I was also wondering if it could be egg allergy as she had egg for the first time.. only a tiny bit. But would that come and go very quickly? Thanks for the reply :-)

It could do, it would depend on whether she had an ige reaction (immediate) or a non-ige reaction (delayed).

If you think it's an allergy I'd ring 111 today.
