1 year old hates nappy changes?

She throws herself backwards and screams and rolls and kicks and bites
Honestly you'd think we were murdering her
Is this normal?
She loves the tv remote so she holds it when we change her but honestly she hates it.
We use pull ups.

It's normal. Mine does the exact same. It's such an annoying phase lol. Just distraction is the only way I think! Hopefully they grow out of it soon.

Since you use pull ups just do it standing up (except when it's a poop)

Normal. I used to just hold mine down and get on with it as quickly as possible.

Btw I change on the floor and put my leg over them across their tummy to pin them down

For poop, I have a phone holder with an extra long arm so I can distract her with pocoyo or something. Probably the height of laziness but it's less stressful for us both.
