Help on sickness - 2 year old

Hi all. I'm looking for some advice. DD, 2 has been sick since Friday, seems to be mainly when going to bed at night and sometimes whilst eating. She is hot, and really clingy. She is putting her hands on the back of her face, towards her ears. I think her molars are coming through - is this possible to cause sickness. Also, what would you do - we have given calpol but she is off her food and when she does eat seems to be sick. She is wanting milk but not sure if this is a good idea. I'm trying to get DH to take her to Docs as the sickness is worrying me but she is only sick once or twice a day. Help

Has she been being sick since Friday a couple of times a day?

I wouldn't have thought btw that her teeth coming thru would make her sick? I may be wrong?
Sounds more like a bug to me.I would take her to the Docs in the morning as it has been going on for about 4 days.

She was sick on Friday and then once on Saturday, once Sunday, nothing yesterday but again today.

Have you taken her to the docs? (Or could you have the nurse check her out?) DD is sick when teething but it's easy to decide that it's only teething and really it's something else.
