Hi everyone, just wondered what your schedules were for food and milk for 7 month old?

Hi there! My little girl is almost 7 months. She has first formula at 6-6.30am then brekkie between 7-7.30, second bottle 9-9.30 (normally she takes a bit less) lunch bottle is 12-12.30 then lunch an hour later, afternoon formula around 3-3.30 then final bottle at 6.30ish. We haven't moved to three meals yet

At 7 months I was doing:-

7: milk
8: breakfast
11: milk
12: lunch
3: milk
6:30: milk

Added dinner around 4 when she dropped the 3rd nap.

Pretty much the same as @Vicky1989x
When we went to 3 meals a day, I stretched his feeds to every 4 hours rather than every 3 and it worked absolutely fine 👍🏻

My currently 7 month old is:

When waking or around 7am - breastfeed (can be up to 45mins; and sometimes wakes later)
Breakfast around 8am/8.30am
Nap around 9.30-11.30
Formula bottle when wakes from nap 7oz
Lunch whenever we're eating, maybe 12.30-1pm
Nap 2-4
Formula bottle when wakes from nap (sometimes not until 5, if ill etc!) 7oz
Supper around 5/6 or whenever we're eating.
Bed and breastfeed around 6.30/7. Feed can take up to an hour and sometimes it's on off whilst also putting older brother to bed. Normally I give up to an hour feed and am done and he is asleep by 8pm.

He is generally very flexible and all times just vary according to nap lengths etc. He goes to nursery as I'm self employed and busy with work and they do his day slightly different there (bottles before sleeps, as meals are earlier so I don't think milk would fit in afterwards)
