Advice for suspected silent reflux?

DD is 4 weeks and I suspect she has silent reflux. I’ve not been able to register her at the GP yet but I’m going down today, and hopefully be able to get an appointment for her soon.

Can anyone in the meantime help with ways to help her? I dismissed reflux initially as she isn’t sick but after researching I’m sure she has silent reflux. Over the past couple of days she seems more and more uncomfortable and it’s breaking my heart.

Does anyone have any tips to soothe her? We’re already doing everything like feeding upright, keeping upright after feeds etc. She hasn’t been able to be put down for daytime or nighttime sleep in a couple of days now as she just screams or thrashes about and makes horrible noises then eventually wakes herself up and screams. I’m exhausted is there anything we can do? We’ve friend propping up the head of the Moses basket despite nhs advice but it makes no difference. She’s ok sleeping on someone but is obviously uncomfortable and wakes frequently. My partner is going back to work soon and will be working away so I can’t carry on staying awake with her all night so she can sleep on me plus I’m terrified of falling asleep with her in arms. She won’t co sleep either as soon as she’s on her back she’s struggling.
