There was a question wether my baby had a milk alergy/intolerance as he was having explosive poos after every feed and sometimes in between he tried nutramigen for 2 weeks and then was to go back to aptimal but after one day he was back to having the same nappies. I started kendamil and he had been fine having one dirty nappy a day albeit green but that is meant to be quite normal for kendamil but today 17 days after starting it he is back to yellow seedy explosive poos after each feed… does this sound like an intolerance? I feel like the doctor is putting it on me to decide as he has no other symptoms at all.
