Breaking point!

Our LG used to sleep fantastic form 9-9:30/3-4am feed then back down til around 7am. I think we were a little spoilt and lucky. I’m not expecting this every night at her age.

She is/was a reflux colic baby both appeared to be on the up and resolving.

However I’m now at breaking point the last 3 nights out of nowhere she has refused to sleep! She’s been in a loose routine of feed bath bed by around 8:30-9pm. However now she will fall asleep sleep for between 20-40mins then that’s her done for the night she’s sleep intermittently for no longer than an hour! I just don’t know what to do. I’ve tried literally everything winding, feeding, rocking, shushing, changing nappy, white noise nothing is working. I honestly don’t know where we’re going wrong. Can someone please help!

I think there's a 12 month sleep regression. They seem to "wake up" around this age and the newborn sleepyness is well & truly over. It will improve OP.
