Nappy rash/thrush again!

Baby is 6 weeks old. She is breast fed and poops round the clock. At least after every feed. While it was hot a few weeks ago she developed nappy rash that turned into thrush. Treated the area and it went away. A week later there is another rash developing which looks a bit thrush like to me. So I was going to start the treatment again. I used sudocrem from the pot the past two nights could that have caused a reinfection?
I’m constantly changing her nappies to the point where all I seem to do is nappies and feeding. I have been using water and cotton wool and leaving to air dry when possible. But she poops round the clock. It’s a never ending cycle to try and stop these rashes. I can’t keep on top of it x

Sudocream never really helped my babies. Try Metanium.

@ExcitingTimes2021
Be very mindful of what you eat as what you eat affects her tummy.

Also yellow metanium cream is brilliant for Nappy rash!

I use a bit of olive oil in warm water and cotton wool. It clears rashes very quickly

Try and call the GP for proper thrush/rash cream.
