She won't remember it, she still loves you.

It's hard I know, my dad died when my baby was a month old and one day when my ds was two months old he just wouldn't stop crying, nothing I did helped and I ended up shouting and screaming for him to shut up and went into the kitchen and cried for five minutes and I'm sure many many mums and dads have been in the same position it's hard and sleep deprivation doesn't help.

It's happened now, forgive yourself and try calming methods next time, if you feel overwhelmed speak to a loved one or gp, you're a good mum op and good mums need help sometimes, remember that.

We've all been there!

My DD was absolutely hysterical one day, over tired and fighting her sleep, I did the same.

She doesn't remember it. Don't beat yourself up please. Be kind to yourself and tomorrow is a new day xxx

She will absolutely completely not remember it at all. Can you recall being 5 months? A couple seconds of shouting ( which she couldn’t understand and may well not even have registered if she was in a right state) versus 5 months of adoration. It won’t have even a tiny impact.

There is no way she'll remember it! She was probably in such a state she didn't notice you yelling. It is very stressful when they cry in the car. It got gradually easier to travel with my first daughter. We now are having some loud and stressful journeys with our new baby!
