I haven’t, but one thing I would say if those side by side umbrella type can get really heavy to push in twin mode. With two different age children if often feels off balanced.

From using friends, a side by side seems better with one single handle as then you can push or turn one handed when needed, and bigger wheels seem to cope with the weight of two children better

Agree with the above. If you haven't already bought the Cosatto I would consider an Out and About Nipper. You can get some great deals second hand. They are fantastic prams and can be pushed / steered with one hand.

Yep, hated those type of twin strollers. The out and about nipper was amazing, still quite slim and really easy to push. With both children I could move it around a shop using one hand.

a friend had one but she didn’t have it very long (a few months) and soon swapped for a single with a buggy board so I assumed it was a pain for her to get rid of it so quickly

Wouldn't recommend one like this as will be heavy and difficult to push. I have an icandy peach and bugaboo donkey which are great Smile

We didn't have this exact design but a cossato side by side and it was horrible to push. Honestly don't bother. You can probably buy similar foot muffs to go on a better side by side
