Baby rash

Baby is 5 months and has a rash head to toe which started yesterday. I've rang doctor first thing this morning and still waiting for telephone call.

I think it's heat rash, has anyone else's baby had this head to toe, and I mean absolutely everywhere. It's just lots of tiny red dots. They don't seem to be irritating him and he has no temperature. He slept in a little longer than usual this morning but otherwise eating and drinking normally and nothing unusual with nappies.

My 19 week old DD had tiny red dots this week but they were only on her tummy, back and face. They didn't bother her either. I think it was the heat as it disappeared after a couple of very sweaty days, and she's had them before when it's been really hot.
