DC3 is 14 - and I’m becoming very aware that I’m far more hands off. Things like school grades, the amount of freedom he has to go places I wouldn’t have let DC1 go to, that sort of thing. I still expect him to behave himself and be respectful of others obviously, but he’s definitely getting away with more. DH and I are in our fifties now and really cba to argue a lot of the time - experience tells us they generally turn out ok in the end 🤞
Anyone else a bit more (ahem) relaxed with their third (and subsequent) bambinos?
