10 week old nap issues

Little one was napping in her bed really well until a week or two ago and now we are having loads of issues. I have to cuddle and rock her to sleep and she is either waking in minutes or within 10 minutes. If we get passed this she wake up after one sleep cycle. She is still tired and I have to go through rocking her back to sleep and potentially waking up quickly again.
After awhile I give up and get her up but she is clearly still tired. She won't sleep on her bouncer and generally not in her pram. She will cat nap in her carrier sometimes when out and about but sometimes she is just too nosy. She will sleep in the car but will wake up upon stopping.
She was having an hour nap in the morning and afternoon and 2 hour nap at lunch easily until about 10 days ago and it's a miracle if she goes down and stays down. So I generally have a cranky baby by bed time and I miss my happy baby.
She won't even sleep comfortably in my arms sitting down for long (potentially due to the heat).
Funny enough nights are ok at the moment, it is just naps we are having an issue with.
I am wondering if the bedroom is too light for her to sleep in her Moses basket in the day.
Anyone else going through this? Any tips on how to get her naps back on track?
Thanks

This will pass, just ride it out until it does. I suspect now that you've sought out advice she will decide to start napping again.

As an aside, I don't think my LO was "napping" as young as 10 weeks. More like 6 months. Before then it was just random and he just slept whenever. Just watch for sleep cues, and a blackout blind definitely won't hurt.
