Toy and gift ideas for a 3 year old birthday

Looking for ideas for my 3 year old son. Really struggling for ideas for him as he only seems to play with cars.

Budget?
Toy garage for his cars? You can get some good multi-storey ones to whizz down.
Toy fire station and fire engine?
Happy land stuff?

I have a 3.5 year old so here's a list of current favourite stuff:

Anything dinosaur related
Stickers, sticker books
Colouring especially with felt tips (you can get washable ones that come off easily!)
Paw patrol figures
First writing/ numbers books that come with dry wipe pens
Blackboard and chalk
Watering can
Sunglasses, wellies, headbands
Quilt cover/ pillow case with something they like on it
Bubble bath
Bubbles

This was a big hit with our vehicle-mad DS. He also had a basic remote control car (one with a steering wheel on the controller) and this which got a lot of use!

This dinner set from Tyrell Katz is cute and they last forever.

See if you can get hold of a copy of the Usborne Pull Back Busy Car book.
