It's ok after stopping panicking I've read about vicks soles of feet, and a few other stuff! Off to try that 🙏🙏🙏🥴

Warm lemon and honey! I read an interesting research paper, where it was more effective in suppressing a cough than more expensive cough mixtures! Has she been tested for covid?

Olbas oil on a cloth / hankie works well for us at bedtime. The tickle is often caused by mucous trickling from the nose.

Sleeping on side of you can encourage that.

Steaming.

Fresh air - well ventilated bedroom at bedtime.

None of them will make it properly better but they all help with symptoms.

Thank you both! Def not covid we've tested as I was worried but thankfully not that I ended up lasting her with vicks! Feet and chest, calpol, piriton and bronchostop and left her plug in vicks, by about 12.30 she finally went to sleep but woke a few times, it's hell the coughing! Abs vile! I'm so tired!! X x
