Ex moving in with his girlfriend, will my payments be reduced?

I've heard through gossip that ex DH is moving in with his girlfriend and her children. We have 2 children, he has them EOW. He pays me the amount worked out on CMS , we both buy clothes and pay clubs/sports fees for our DC. Will the CMS amount be reduced because he'll be living with other children even though they're not his children?

Yes.

It makes no sense, as presumably they have a father who is also paying CM. But the expectation is that he will have to pay to support them, therefore has less to support his own children. Confused

Yes it will run it through the calculator

Yes sadly it would be. You'd be able to work out how much using the CMS calculator

Do the children live there full time? If they do, I believe your payments COULD be reduced as he could say he is supporting other children. I'm sure it's around a 5/10% reduction.
