My baby just turned two and I’m lost with what to do with him. Is it ok to be taking him out to the shops etc now? I’ve spent the two weeks indoors , feeding, changing and letting him sleep & just been out for appointments for him. What is everyone doing with thier newborn?

You could’ve taken him to the shops straight after you were discharged for hospital.
Definitely didn’t need to spend 2 weeks shut in the house, unless you wanted to.
Take him a walk in his pram, go to Starbucks and get a coffee, go to Tesco or whatever you want to do.
Good luck!

Just do your own risk assessment. I've taken DS to the shops a fee times. But I've got to admit I feel a bot more anxious thos time around dur to covid. With my first, I was out and about pretty much straight away without a worry. He was summer born too. Might have felt different in the winter.

Congratulations OP! My youngest baby is 8 months now, but I went out and about with him as soon as I was recovered from the birth. He's the youngest of 4 primary aged kids so was exposed to every bug going! No problems though.
How's feeding going?
