When child is ill

Is it just me that gets soo stressed out when my little girl (2,5 year ) has a fever because of a cold... i get so stressed out that shes not eating.. that shes not her self.. that shes weak .. i just get paranoid that its something more serious.. im always so scared 😒😒😒 might sound stupid and over caring but i just can't help it ..

@Izabela54 are you usually quite anxious in general?

I’m a first time mum and I’m like this when my son is ill. I feel for you as I know how worrying it can be.

I do suffer with anxiety though.

I grew up with a mum who was incredibly anxious, particularly around health. I’m pretty sure this is the route cause of my anxiety.

I mean I am a bit of an anxious person but not on a big level .. I do worry maybe more than others but usually Im pretty chilled .. its only when shes ill .. 🤒
