4 month sleep regression help!!

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can give advice or has previously dealt with this situation. My 4mo has always slept through the night in a swaddle suit in her snoo bassinet. She now squirms and cries when she is swaddled and wriggles out of the suit during naps and night time sleep and wakes herself up with her hands touching her face. She won’t go back to sleep if her arms are out as they’re too distracting and cannot stop touching and rubbing her face, but will also cry to get out the swaddle if I try strap her back in. Has anybody else gone through this or have tips?? I am now in a state of desperation due to the sleep deprivation

We have the Snoo also and my 3.5 mo little boy has started doing the same. His left hand ends up out of the neck hole every time and he resists being swaddled at all in the daytime, it takes two of us to strap him in.

I bought the love to dream arms-up swaddle which we now use for daytime naps and just wrap the Snoo waistband bit around him to secure him in. Works a treat and has sorted out his day sleep immediately! At night he's much less resistant to the Snoo swaddle and we just secure him enough he doesn't wriggle out at night.
