i am looking for advice on this one
i have a residency of my 2 grandkids
they have different fathers
1dad is a great parent take his child every weekend
2nd child has only us as his father and family have nothing to do with him
the arrangement with the 1st father has worked and has always been amicable, but now he’s asked if he can have his child one week on one week off
i don’t think it will be sensible idea for a number of reasons ,one the child is away from the other sibling for too long
i don’t see it as a stable environment for the child they might feel they don’t have a permanent home
the father doesn’t live in the area so there school it would take 35mins a day to get to school by car

i have been the main caregiver since just over a year old so i am seen as mum rather than gran ,so i am worried about separation issues on both parts
and i don’t want to
but i am afraid if we don’t then it will become a legal mater
am i being unreasonable?
