Hmmm have you tried an all veg tomato sauce. Chop up (lots of different veg like courgette, aubergine, onion, carrot, sweet potato etc and cook with a bit of olive oil, than add passata and boil and whizz with a blender. Serve with pasta tubes.

I also just chop up food and bake in oven. Like sweet potato, slices of potato, salmon etc and serve with favourite veg.

Other stuff we share meals...lasagne, shepherds pie etc. Anything easy which doesn't require too much effort.

Breakfast: wheetabix and chopped banana/ overnight oats with fruit puree/ baby rice and peanut butter / toast

Lunch: sandwich (tuna/hummus), pasta (with pesto/hummus/guacamole/tomato sauce), crumpets, toast with low salt baked beans or scrambled eggs, omelette

Snacks: yoghurt, fruit puree, cucumber sticks, tomato wedges, snacks from the baby aisle

Dinner: Whatever we're having, either mashed with a fork then loaded onto a spoon (fish pie/ bean chilli/ curry) or served as finger food (fish fingers and chips, tofu and sweet potato wedges, roasted veg and hummus wraps).

Some of my favourite quick meals/snacks are: omelette, porridge with toppings (ie fruit, nut butter, ground seeds) at any time of the day, rice cakes with toppings (cream cheese, nut butter, avocado etc), tortilla pizzas (tortilla wrap topped with Tom puree or pesto, veg and cheese - in the oven for 10 mins), eggy veg muffins (any veg and whisked egg in muffin tray- oven for 20 mins). Lots of supermarkets do 3 for a £1 mini portions of water melon, pineapple "Lolly's" etc which can then be sliced thinly and are really quick and handy. Baby led kitchen do a fab app with loads of quick and easy ideas like this.
