Baby face rash/spots?!

Hi all, does this look like normal milk rash/ baby spots for a 3 week old? X

Hi I think this looks like something called baby acne, it’s normal and it usually happens in newborns all my 3 boys had it I can’t remember when it cleared up I’m guessing maybe it was around 3 months

My DD had that. I thought it was baby acne but turned out to be CMPA symptoms. If it’s just on the face and no other symptoms then don’t worry and it should go by itself by 3 months or so.

@Youvegotafriendinme oh no I really hope it isn't! What were the other symptoms. She has the odd spot here and there but not all over her body x

There are a wide range of symptoms but the most common ones are rash/spots on face/upper chest, foul smelling poo, diarrhoea, bright green poo, sickness/reflux and unsettled straight after feeding.

That's baby acne.

Completely normal, it's baby acne. Often caused by hormones from the mother. Will clear up don't worry, clean with cotton wool and cool boiled water :)
