I have to go back to work next month and I’ve done everything possible to give my LO the best childcare when I do. She’ll be with me / DP 4 days a week, PIL 2 days and nursery 1 day initially before scaling up to 2 days in the next 3M.

Is there anything you’d recommend for getting her settled when she’s so small? So much advice is aimed at 1/2/3 year olds but my Bub is still tiny.

At that age I think their memory is only something like 7-10 days so you may find that by only doing 1 day a week she has to resettle every time, it actually may be more beneficial to do 2 x half days or 2 days say Tuesday and Friday to help her remember and get to know the staff
